Plain-language summary: this site hosts a demonstration environment of the mdvin platform. All data is synthetic. Use it to evaluate the product; don't enter real personal or health information, don't attack it, and don't rely on it for clinical or coverage decisions.

1. The service

mdvin ("the Platform") is provided by BvLogic Solutions LLC ("we", "us") as a demonstration environment for evaluation purposes. Demo credentials are published openly; anything you enter is visible to other evaluators until the nightly reset and is deleted daily.

2. Acceptable use

Do not enter real personal information, protected health information, or confidential data of any kind. The environment is for synthetic data only.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe beyond your session's authorization, exceed rate limits deliberately, or interfere with other evaluators. Good-faith security research is welcome. See the responsible disclosure section of our security page.
Do not use the demo output for actual clinical, coverage, or payment decisions. Nothing here is medical advice, utilization review, or a coverage determination.

3. No warranty; evaluation only

The demo environment is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, for evaluation only. We may modify, reset, suspend, or discontinue it at any time. Production deployments are governed by a separate written agreement, not these terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, documentation and content are the property of BvLogic Solutions LLC. Evaluation access does not grant any license beyond viewing and testing the demo.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BvLogic Solutions LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of this demonstration environment.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
