Privacy Notice
Plain-language summary: the demo holds no real patient data. Everything
clinical is synthetic and wiped nightly. What we do process: standard web server logs and the
actions you take inside the demo (as audit records). We set no tracking cookies and use no
third-party analytics.
1. What this environment processes
- Synthetic clinical data. Every patient, member, provider, policy and document in the demo is fictional. No PHI is stored or processed. The tenant database is deleted and re-seeded daily.
- Web server logs — IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent; retained briefly for security and capacity purposes.
- In-app audit records. Actions performed under demo accounts (sign-ins, views, decisions) are recorded with the demo identity used; these reset with the nightly reseed.
- Session storage. Authentication tokens live in your browser's session storage and disappear when the tab closes. We set no tracking cookies.
2. What we do not do
- No third-party analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
- No sale or sharing of any visitor information.
- No email collection, the demo requires none.
3. Your responsibility
Do not enter real personal or health information into the demo. Anything entered is visible to other evaluators using the shared demo tenant until the nightly reset.
4. Security
Transport encryption (TLS), server-side access control, and an auditable record of actions are described in detail on the security page.
5. Production deployments
Production use of the Platform, including any handling of protected health information, is governed by a separate agreement (including a Business Associate Agreement where applicable), not this demo notice.
